Booking Terms

Bios Healing Therapy provides bespoke specialist treatments by a highly qualified, fully compliant and insured professional therapist.

We accept booking request via this website or via direct email or telephone call. For under 16’s we required a parent or a guardian to give permissions and to be present during the treatment. Male clients by referral only, unless arranged at place of work or corporate clients.

Please note, the MLD/CDT treatment courses expire after 6 months as it has been designed and offered at a special price for patients with daily requirements, unless it is for medical treatment. This must be discussed and agreed in advance.

Cancellation Policy

The treatment you have booked are specially assigned and prepared in advance for you. Cancelled appointments are unfortunately charged in full.

Appointment delays

Please let us know as soon as you can if you running late for your appointment. We can wait for up to 10 minutes, however, please understand, any longer will most likely not be possible, due to impacting on other scheduled paying clients. On your arrival, we will endeavour to deliver the treatment you have booked, subject to the time available before our next customer. If there is insufficient time you may be required to book a new appointment.

Mobile phone

We understand about busy life and the need to remain available if this means you have to have a mobile phone we simply ask that it gets turned off or at least to silent.
